I worked on several of Leonie Dawson’s sites to provide a cleaner integration between their sales solution and distribution channels. This involved refactoring custom-built plugins and implementing third-party APIs. This work resulted in a dramatic increase in customer satisfaction, and a considerable drop in support tickets being generated.

Additionally, I also provided help implementing design changes on the site. This ranged from editing graphics in Photoshop to fixing Javascript issues with some of the content.
