As CTO, I assumed a wide range of responsibilities at Bespokify, a tech company developing innovative solutions for the fashion industry. My role here involved:
– Implementing robust data security policies that not only meet but exceed strict compliance requirements.
– Managing collaborative relationships with key leaders in partner companies, fostering cooperation and synergy between our respective development teams. This facilitated knowledge exchange and innovation for all parties involved.
– Coordinating company-wide team-building events that promoted a positive work culture and boosted morale and productivity.
– Oversight of all development projects and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution and on-time deliverables.

I’ve been working as a freelance development consultant since 2014. The list of projects I’ve worked on can be found in the Projects page.

Handled client accounts and developed new extensions and custom reports for Everest Advanced ERP based on their requirements. I was also in charge of building deployable development environments for other engineers.

I was in charge of running an IT consulting company. My tasks included overseeing development projects, hiring staff, and meeting with clients. During this time I also restructured and developed a web portal for schools that allows them to manage and review all academic and financial data, as well as interact with parents and students.

Coordinated and developed several projects with different clients using SAP. I was in charge of developing Java-based web applications for the their Knowledge Portals. I also worked with other SAP solutions including: Business Intelligence, Guided Procedures, and the R/3 Sales & Distribution module. During this period I also taught a couple of Java programming courses.

Helped migrate a document management system from FoxPro to .NET. Upon completion of the migration, I was part of the team that implemented this system in the Presidential offices. I also helped maintain the database and trained the staff in the use of the new system.

Tasked with running operations to settle hotel guest bills and back up data. I also provided assistance and information to guests during their stay. During this time, I learned valuable customer relations skills and contributed to improving the guest experience by making suggestions to management.

Graduated top tenth percentile with honors. Earned additional certifications in Database Administration from Oracle, Software Development from Microsoft, and Project Management.
